than other traditionally cooked food and that is the reason why
I like them.
Lately I tried several ways to deep fry a whole turkey, and
let me tell you, it tastes better than a turkey cooked
traditionally in an oven. Due to their big size, you need a big

They do not involve hot oil and hence you need worry about

Some companies have brought out electric turkey deep fryers,
but most of them are hooked on to gas or propane based deep
fryers. Your cooking preference decides the selection.
You can control the fire in a propane based fryer and
control the temperature in electric fryers. As long as you know
how to cook a bird well, it should not matter which fryer you
chose. A good cooking is more important than the selection of a
fryer.
To add great taste to your deep fried turkey, you should
season it all around. This can be done by either making cuts
and injecting seasoning ingredients or rubbing the seasoning

turkey.

good seasoning ingredients. One of my favorite is the Cajun
style seasoning, but you can choose out of many other varieties
available online.
Whatever seasoning you chose, make sure that it’s applied
evenly all around the turkey. Make sure that you keep aside the
turkey after seasoning for a while, so that the seasoning
penetrates inside. This adds to the taste. Deep fry it as per
guidelines of your electric fryer and taste a difference.
